Crispy Flatbreads with Brie, Sultanas and Hot Honey Drizzle
For an easy, yet impressive party snack, try this pizza style appetiser featuring creamy brie, juicy sultanas and crunchy walnuts. The hot honey drizzle adds a sweet-spicy zing!

Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup FreshLife Australian Sultanas
• 1/3 cup FreshLife Californian Walnuts, chopped
• 1 tbsp Olivani Pure Olive Oil
• 2 Giannis Lebanese Pita Bread
• 1 pack of Brie cheese (100–125g), sliced
• 4–5 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
• For the hot honey drizzle:
• ¼ cup Manuka Doctor Manuka Honey Multifloral With Wild Flower
• ¼ – ½ tsp chilli flakes (adjust to heat preference)
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line two oven trays with baking paper.
2. Place a flatbread on each tray. Arrange Brie slices, sultanas and walnuts on the bread. Drizzle with olive oil and scatter with fresh thyme.
3. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes or until the cheese melts and the topping is starting to brown.
4. Meanwhile, in a small heatproof jug or bowl, mix honey and chilli flakes. Cover with a small heatproof plate, and microwave for 30 seconds, or until the honey is heated.
5. Slice and arrange the baked flatbreads on a platter and drizzle with a little hot honey.
6. Serve garnished with some extra herbs. Enjoy!
