Farrah’s Beef Mince Tacos
These flavour-packed tacos are a family favourite! Juicy beef mince with nacho spice, hearty beans, and creamy avocado come together in Farrah’s Tortillas for a fresh, tasty meal ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
• 12 Farrah’s Small Taco Tortillas
• 1 Packet Farrah’s Nacho Spice Mix
• 500g beef mince
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 capsicum, diced
• 1 can chopped tomatoes
• 1 can Wattie’s Chilli Beans Mild
• 2 cups lettuce, shredded
• 2 tomatoes, diced
• 1 avocado, diced
To Serve: Sour cream
Method:
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add diced onion and diced capsicum; sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
3. Add 500g beef mince and Farrah’s Nacho Spice Mix. Cook, breaking up the mince, until starting to brown.
4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and drained Wattie’s Chili beans; cook for 5 minutes or until the mince is cooked through.
5. To assemble, add shredded lettuce to Farrah’s Small Tortillas, spoon over the mince mixture, top with diced tomato and diced avocado, then drizzle with sour cream.
Tip: Serve with sour cream
