Garlic & Herb Veggie Skewers
Get your BBQ ready because these vibrant veggie skewers are the perfect sidekick to your favourite grilled meats! With garlic and herb seasoning, they're all about fresh, summery flavour.
Ingredients:
• Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 10 minutes
• 2 zucchinis, chopped
• 1/2 red onion, chopped
• 1 capsicum, seeded and chopped
• 8 mushrooms
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp Masterfoods Garlic & Herb Salt Blend
• 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
Method:
1. Thread zucchini, onion, capsicum, and mushrooms onto each skewer, alternating for a mix of colours. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic & herb salt and pepper.
2. Pop them on a preheated BBQ with the lid down. Grill, turning every 3-5 minutes, until tender and a little charred. Serve warm or at room temperature for a dish that’s guaranteed to impress!
