Double Chocolate Cookie Jar
Ingredients:
• Flour - 2 cups
• White chocolate chunks - 3/4 cup
• Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• White sugar - 1/2 cup
• Dark chocolate chunks - 3/4 cup
• Egg, whisked - 1
• Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
• Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
• Butter, melted - 180 g
Method:
1. Into a large jar, layer the dry ingredients, starting with the flour, then the baking soda, brown sugar, white sugar, dark chocolate, and the white chocolate.
2. Preheat the oven to 170°C (150°C fan-forced).
3. To cook, tip the jar into a large bowl.
4. Combine the egg, vanilla and melted butter in a bowl.
5. Add to the dry ingredients, stirring to form the dough.
6. Roll tablespoons of mixture and place onto two lined baking trays. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
7. Cool on the trays, then store in an airtight container.
