
Coco Pops® Chocos Rocko Road
Cook Time: 15 minutes + setting time
Makes: 15 pieces
Ingredients:
75g butter
75g honey
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 cups Coco Pops ® Chocos
½ cup dried cranberries
* 1 cup mini marshmallows
* 1 tsp sprinkles
Method:
1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter and honey over low heat until combined.
2. Sprinkle in the cocoa powder and stir until smooth and lump-free.
3. Add Coco Pops® Chocos and dried cranberries, stirring to coat evenly.
4. Gently mix in the mini marshmallows.
5. Press the mixture firmly into a lined loaf tin and sprinkle the top with sprinkles.
6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until set.
7. Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
