Wellington saxophonist/composer gave us one the year’s best albums in 2021 with Wax///Wane and here again – with Natalia Lagi’itaua Mann on harp, pianist Jonathan Crayford and percussion player Julien Dyne – we are lifted into the realm of spiritual jazz which can be meditative or swing out. The jazz album smart rock and pop people will have in their collection. One of the best of 2024.
