Reb Fountain: How Love Bends (2025)
The arc of Fountain’s career from introspective folkie to being reborn as a confident, stage-prowling poet-cum-rock artist with her 2020 self-titled album has been a pleasure to witness. Although her songs make it painfully clear that her journey has been far from happy as she taps deep wells of sadness and catharsis. Here again she pulls together spoken word, drama and melodrama, sadness and synth-pop into something personal and gripping.
