Edmonds Bacon Pancakes

Ingredients:
• 1 packet Edmonds Buttermilk Pancake Shaker Mix
• 1 bottle Chelsea Maple Syrup Flavoured
• 1½ cups (375ml) water
• Farmland thin sliced streaky Bacon 500g
Method:
1. Fry bacon
2. Shake bottle to loosen dry mix. Remove cap.
3. Add water.
4. Replace cap tightly. Turn upside down and tap cap sharply on bench to loosen mix.
5. Shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes.
6. Coat the fried bacon in your pancake mix.
7. Cook over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown.
8. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup
